Collection of your information
Travalet may collect your personally identifiable information, which you voluntarily submit to us, such as your name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card number.
Travalet may also automatically collect generic information associated with your use of the Site. This generic information may include your IP address, your computer browser type, your access times to the Site, referring website addresses and the pages you visit within the Site.
We may gather additional personally identifiable information or generic information in the future.
Use of your information
Upon collection of your information, Travalet may use such information internally, separately or in combination with pre-existing information, for the following purposes:
- To operate the Site and deliver the services you have requested;
- To maintain the quality of the service;

Travalet does not sell, rent or lease your personally identifiable information to third parties. In addition, in the event that Travalet is involved in a transaction such as a merger, stock purchase or sale, or sale of substantially all of Travalet’s assets, your personally identifiable information may be transferred to the other party in such transaction.
The Site may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain the cookie is issued to you.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenient feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a specific page. Security of your personally identifiable information
Travalet uses commercially reasonable means to secure your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, both during transmission and once we receive it. When personally identifiable information (such as your credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer protocol. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is one hundred percent (100%) secure. Thus, although we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your personally identifiable information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use the Site and if you are between the ages of thirteen (13) and seventeen (17), you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use the Site. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13). Accordingly, the provisions of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act do not apply to the Site.

Special notice to California residents
Under California Law SB 27, California residents have the right to receive, once a year, information about third parties with whom we have shared information about you or your family for their marketing purposes during the previous calendar year, and a description of the categories of personal information shared. To make such a request, please send an email to [insert e-mail address] and please include the phrase “California Privacy Request” in the subject line and provide us with your name, address and email address. We will respond to you within thirty (30) days of receiving such a request.
Browser do not track signals
