Park Hyatt, Melbourne, Australia

This well-rounded 20-story hotel near Fitzroy Gardens downtown stands out for its Art Deco–style interiors and a top-notch spa. It’s got breathtaking views and boasts great restaurants to meet clients. This hotel has a more modern flair and makes a statement at night (as you can see from the image).
